Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects aimed at making accounting processes more reliable, efficient and automated.
- Collaborate with Finance and other teams to understand transaction flows, establishing appropriate accounting processes and controls to mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- Practical experience in managing accounting projects and demonstrated resilience to break through and overcome challenges. You may have built things from scratch.
- Work independently, assume responsibility and make your own judgements. Prepared to take ownership over complex new areas and solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Prior experience as Senior Accountant, Financial Controller or Audit Manager.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to do whatever needs doing to solve problems.
- Work well in an international team environment and know how to have an impact through others. Partnered with internal and external stakeholders and have strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of the core accounting principles (IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge would be highly beneficial).
- Prior experience in international/listed companies or FinTech is highly beneficial.
Conditions
- Salary range: 3,500 - 4,500 EUR per month (+RSUs)
