Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team: oversee daily operations for the admins and developers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and handling administrative approvals
- Foster a high-performing environment: cultivate a collaborative, positive team culture that encourages cross-functional collaboration within RevOps
- Facilitate Scrum execution: drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing engineering or operational blockers, and monitoring team velocity
- Own capacity planning: manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on current team availability, aligning closely with the Product Owner's backlog priorities
- Manage technical debt: consult with the Technical Architect on technical debt remediation
- Drive functional alignment: partner with the PO, GTMO, Tooling, Salesforce Service, and RevOps stakeholders
- Continuous monitoring: partner with GTMO to provide transparent reporting on project timelines and delivery progress
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar fast-paced environment as a Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar role and 3+ years as a leader
- Experience managing or partnering closely with senior technical staff (e.g., Architects, Tech Leads) in a platform/engineering context
- A proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in leading a team and driving Scrum ceremonies
- Experience in change management and realizing adoption of technology solutions
