Responsibilities
- Set strategy and roadmap for the Servicing team
- Understand customer needs and make investments in products and features that deliver customer value
- Lead platform-scale execution working closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams
- Operate with a data and experimentation first mindset, defining success metrics and adopting an AI-first product development approach
Requirements
- 8+ years building high-scale products in fast growing tech or fintech environments
- 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Ability to translate technical complexity back to customer impact
- Strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and focus on business impact
- Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking
- Demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams
- Clear, compelling communicator comfortable with internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action
Conditions
- Annual base salary range: $180,000 - $250,000
- Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more
- Office-first company, expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average
