Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and articulate how offerings address their needs
- Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
- Participate in all phases of planning and execution, from initial discovery to the technical win
- Maintain deep understanding of Elastic products and demonstrate value in sales meetings, meetups and conferences
- Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions and services
- Onboard, educate and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles
- Create collateral and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs
- Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs and gaps to engineering and leadership
Requirements
- Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector
- Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies
- Passion for continuous learning
- History of successful customer relations and devising architectures to meet goals
- Ability to influence and inspire groups
- Willingness to travel 30% within region and occasionally internationally
Conditions
- Compensation: base salary plus variable component
- On-Target Earnings range: 853,300 – 1,349,800 DKK
