Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations (specifically Sales)
- Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies
- Source and build pipelines to engage passive talent
- Leverage data to inform hiring strategy
- Champion initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in high growth business
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in sales organizations
- Ability to build talent strategy alongside hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English
