Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, enhance, and deploy new software features and improvements across enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with architecture, product management, QA, support, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work within an Agile sprint environment to deliver high-quality software consistently and predictably.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement bug fixes, and improve the reliability and maintainability of existing applications.
- Measure, maintain, and optimize distributed system performance, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Apply appropriate programming languages, development frameworks, build tools, and Linux Shell commands to solve technical challenges effectively.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into products and engineering workflows.
- Contribute to the development of LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and integrations between AI models, tools, data sources, and APIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications with Java, Spring, JavaScript, and databases.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, or ReactJS.
- Knowledge of one or more additional web programming languages, such as Python, Perl, or PHP.
- Exposure to LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or similar integrations is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and modern developer productivity tools.
- Understanding of distributed systems, application performance, scalability, and reliable software development practices.
- Ability to independently learn, analyze, and apply emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in Agile teams and partnering with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
