Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, including target sourcing, market mapping, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, approval materials, closing, and integration planning.
- Integration: Partner with operators to define integration plans, synergy/value-capture targets, post-close KPIs, and governance to ensure transactions deliver against strategic and financial objectives.
- Market mapping: Develop and manage a thesis-driven sourcing strategy that translates enterprise priorities into market landscapes, target universes, build/buy/partner recommendations, and a prioritized pipeline of actionable M&A, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Advanced Financial and Capital Modeling: Lead sophisticated, long-term, enterprise-wide financial and capital modeling efforts to inform and influence strategic decisions related to future growth initiatives and capital allocation.
- Strategic Initiative Evaluation & Due Diligence: Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluations of strategic growth initiatives, including new market entries and business lines, in close partnership with the Corporate Strategy team.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles, with significant leadership responsibilities.
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights, robust strategies, and comprehensive financial plans, particularly in a corporate development context.
- 8+ years of significant corporate development experience, including direct involvement in M&A financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
- 7+ years of experience collaborating, influencing, and presenting at the executive level, including direct interaction with C-suite and Board members.
Conditions
- Base pay: $196,733 - $258,212 per year.
- Eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
- Remote position, open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, GA.
