Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and managed service providers (MSPs).
- Develop and execute channel strategies designed to increase revenue, market penetration, and partner engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions, support requests, and escalations.
- Drive achievement of revenue goals and business objectives across assigned partner accounts.
- Manage partner enablement activities, ensuring teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to successfully position solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create partner-focused campaigns, sales materials, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Provide sales support and guidance to channel partners throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate the value of solutions and align offerings with customer business challenges and priorities.
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies based on market changes.
- Advocate for partner needs internally and use feedback to improve products, services, and partner programs.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving channel business models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven success developing and managing channel partnerships while achieving revenue targets.
- Experience working with referral partners, VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, or similar partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of channel business models, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with external partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing sales environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting partners across the Western United States region is a plus.
Conditions
- Competitive annual compensation range of $135,000 - $150,000 USD.
