Responsibilities
- Define the north star: set the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for mCLASS Math
- Deliver business impact: set quarterly OKRs, monitor performance metrics, drive products through the stage gate process
- Participate in planning: own and execute research initiatives, develop product concepts and plans
- Partner with Design and Engineering: create mission-aligned user experiences, write specifications, manage backlog
- Partner with Learning Science and Content writers: translate research into high quality assessment and reporting
- Be obsessed with your customers: conduct qualitative research and quantitative analysis
- Leverage market intelligence: analyze competitor offerings and industry trends
- Own end-to-end product delivery: lead products from ideation to launch and iteration
- Lead product execution: lead ceremonies, attend daily stand ups, resolve blockers
- Harness strategic influence: align senior leadership and stakeholders
- Enable go-to-market success: partner with Marketing, Sales and CX

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred.
