• Partner is looking for an IT Recruiter based in India.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Work directly with startup and product-based clients to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates.
• Source technical professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, job portals, referrals, and advanced Boolean search.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, employment stability, and suitability.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, manage expectations, support offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Manage multiple vacancies while meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Monitor technology hiring trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations.
• Develop long-term relationships with technical professionals and support onboarding.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (corporate HR/internal TA not suitable).
• Proven experience recruiting for startups, product-based companies, or technology-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, technology stacks across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, SRE, data engineering, data science, QA, automation, mobile development.
• Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, ATS, referrals, Boolean search.
• Ability to assess technical qualifications, project experience, communication skills, role alignment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with focus on recruitment metrics and placement outcomes.
• Self-motivated, proactive, comfortable managing multiple open positions.
• Relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.

Conditions

• Annual salary INR 400,000 – 600,000 plus performance-based incentives.
