About the company

Responsibilities
  • Build the long-term operational roadmap and tackle organizational challenges
  • Drive end-to-end operational excellence, measuring, monitoring, and executing to reduce operational and financial risk
  • Lead large, multiple cross-functional work groups to optimize end-to-end program process
  • Drive targeted program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution
  • Develop, present, and maintain executive reporting materials for senior leadership
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities to develop new provider operations programs
  • Maintain pulse on external trends and industry benchmarking
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in an operations, business strategy, or project management role
  • 4+ years of experience in a high growth environment
  • Critical thinking and ability to synthesize information to action
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives within a healthcare organization
  • Bonus: management consulting experience, 4+ years of managing a team
Conditions
  • Base pay: $180,504 - $236,911 per year
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office per week (Thursdays required)
