Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data and AI engineers across the US and India
- Own the Data Platform (Snowflake, dbt, Matillion) and in-house pipelines building knowledge and AI foundations
- Turn platform strategy into roadmaps, quarterly plans and delivered outcomes
- Run the platform as a product for internal customers, defining service levels and onboarding paths
- Build agentic operations that automate pipeline monitoring, failure triage, data quality checks
Requirements
- Practical understanding of Generative AI architectures, particularly RAG and enterprise knowledge systems
- 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, data platform engineering, or data architecture
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience with production data platforms on AWS using Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, along with dbt
- Strong grounding in data quality, metadata, lineage, governance, observability
