- Develop and maintain cross-cutting capabilities, including authentication, feature flags, product analytics, crash reporting, and navigation patterns.
- Strengthen unit, UI, and snapshot testing practices, maintain robust code review and continuous integration standards, and contribute to reliable TestFlight and App Store releases using automated workflows.
- Integrate AI-powered coding assistants, refactoring tools, test generators, and debugging solutions into everyday development while critically validating generated outputs before implementation.
- Partner with Product Managers, designers, backend engineers, QA specialists, and Android developers to align functionality, improve user experiences, and ensure consistent behavior across platforms.
- Coach intermediate engineers, share technical knowledge, improve development workflows, and take ownership of features from initial design through production release and ongoing maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of Swift and hands-on experience developing applications with SwiftUI, with the ability to work with UIKit and Storyboards in established codebases.
- Experience with MVVM or similar architectural patterns, modular iOS applications, Swift Package Manager (SPM), shared libraries, dependency injection, and navigation coordination.
- Practical experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing, continuous integration and delivery, code reviews, production monitoring, and shipping applications through TestFlight and the App Store.
- Familiarity with networking, concurrency, performance optimization, feature flags, analytics, crash reporting, and authentication technologies such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) or AppAuth.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI development tools, including coding assistants, AI-powered debugging, and automated test generation, combined with the ability to evaluate accuracy, security, and code quality critically.
- Proven ability to take responsibility for complex features and shared platform concerns, exercise sound engineering judgment, mentor colleagues, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading UIKit-to-SwiftUI migrations, working on marketplace, e-commerce, auction, or high-volume transactional applications, reviewing Android/Kotlin code, mentoring engineers, using BrowserStack or multi-platform snapshot testing strategies, and working with hybrid WebView or Cordova components.
