Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and release backend systems with high correctness, reliability, and scalability requirements
• Own and maintain key services that power the financial product ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering and business challenges
• Interface with external financial institutions to integrate services and expand capabilities
• Contribute to shaping engineering best practices and improving developer workflows

Requirements

• 6 Months - 2 Years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficiency with Python/Django or Go (or similar backend technologies)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and transaction-safe design
• Curiosity and interest in financial systems or a strong desire to learn
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset

Conditions

• Based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
