Responsibilities
- Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling text, images, audio, or other content according to detailed project guidelines.
- Evaluate search results, advertisements, chatbot responses, or other AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
- Create, review, and test prompts designed to improve the performance and reliability of large language models and other AI systems.
- Assess content for linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy.
- Follow project-specific instructions, quality standards, and evaluation criteria consistently.
- Use digital platforms and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks, provide structured feedback, and meet project deadlines.
- Adapt to different project scopes and levels of complexity.
- Review project information carefully before starting an assignment.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong written and reading comprehension skills.
- Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or subtle differences in content.
- Naturally curious about technology, artificial intelligence, language, digital content, and emerging AI applications.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply project guidelines consistently and accurately.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote environment.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and respect project-specific quality and timeline requirements.
- Linguistic, cultural, technical, research, content, or AI-related experience is an advantage.
