Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of manufacturing test solutions for Host Processor Modules, Server Blades, and multi-node rack systems
- Own the architecture of the test executive software and develop manufacturing test content
- Work across hardware, firmware, and software teams to enable reliable, efficient testing throughout production
- Improve manufacturing quality through data and shape production test capability
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers, accelerators (GPU-class) or comparable large-scale compute hardware
- Proven technical leadership as an individual contributor, owning architecture across multiple teams
- Deep understanding across silicon, board, and system design for test coverage and debug/root-cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with Linux, OpenBMC, vendor-specific test tools and diagnostics
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash or similar)
- Desirable: rack-scale/multi-node systems, high-speed interconnects, manufacturing KPI optimisation, open-source test tools, testability/diagnosability features
