Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CyberArk implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, task creation for onboarding of privileged users and process flows.
- Work closely with CyberArk architects and engineers during solution design and implementation.
- Analyze privileged account onboarding requirements across applications, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Support CyberArk onboarding, account lifecycle management, and access governance initiatives.
- Facilitate change management and communication with business units.
Requirements
- Around 8 years of Business Analysis experience in IT and Cybersecurity.
- Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of CyberArk PAS, PVWA, SWS, CPM, PSM, Vault, Identity Security Platform.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Understanding of IAM and PAM concepts.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale CyberArk implementations.
- Preferred: CyberArk Defender certification, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
