• Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
• Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
• Grow clients through upsales
• Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries

Требования

• 3+ years in IT
• Fluent German and English (C1)
• Real-world AI tooling proficiency

Условия

• €48,000-€72,000 gross per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects
• Fully remote, European time zone, employment contract
