Responsibilities
Own, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting cloud data sources
Develop deep understanding of Figma’s core data models and optimize pipelines for scale
Partner with Data Science and Data Infrastructure teams to build foundational data sets
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to derive requirements and architect shared datasets
Establish best practices for development of specialized data sets for analytics and modeling
Requirements
4+ years in relevant field
Fluency with SQL and Python
Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and ETL/reverse ETL tools
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
Self-starting mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Conditions
Full time role, remote within United States or US hubs
Annual base salary range: $140,000 - $348,000 USD
