About the company

Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and refine Fulah-language text used in AI training and evaluation datasets
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for grammatical accuracy, fluency, syntax, semantics, tone, style
- Assess cultural context and authentic Fulah language usage
- Identify, categorize, and document recurring linguistic errors and patterns
- Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve language model accuracy
- Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, annotation practices
- Maintain consistent quality standards and follow project-specific instructions
Requirements
- Fluency in Fulah with strong understanding of grammar, syntax, semantics, vocabulary
- Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, proofreading or related
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of Fulah-speaking communities and cultural contexts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Preferred: experience with AI training, language model evaluation, linguistic annotation, data labeling
Conditions
- Hourly compensation $8 to $65 per hour depending on experience and location
- Fully remote, worldwide project scope
- Freelance contract
- Contractors must supply own secure computer and stable internet connection
