This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect w/ CTA based in United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical architecture lead across ServiceNow platform solutions, providing direction on architecture, design, development, and implementation approaches.
- Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and custom applications.
- Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure that development approaches are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with platform and engineering standards.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal development teams, helping translate business and technical needs into effective platform solutions.
- Develop high-level effort estimates and contribute to work breakdown structures to support project planning, delivery forecasting, and resource discussions.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and technical discussions, communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, functionality, scalability, and maintainability across ServiceNow environments.
- Provide guidance on platform security posture, technical governance, infrastructure considerations, and networking best practices.
- Support multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining strong technical oversight, prioritization, and collaboration across teams and projects.
Requirements
- Hold a current ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Be a U.S. citizen and hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform within enterprise environments.
- Have 7+ years of application development experience, including software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Demonstrate strong experience designing scalable custom applications, integrations, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern software development practices.
- Have a deep understanding of ServiceNow technical architecture, platform capabilities, and core modules.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise technology best practices.
- Be able to provide technical leadership while collaborating effectively with multiple teams, stakeholders, and concurrent projects.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking, organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-moving consulting environment.
- ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, or machine-learning-driven workflows, is highly desirable.
