• Perform advanced firmware and hardware diagnostics on enterprise server platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware failures.
• Act as the primary escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis.
• Own the full RMA lifecycle.

Требования

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware.
• Deep understanding of x86 server architecture.
• Strong experience performing firmware and BIOS diagnostics.
• Advanced Linux command-line troubleshooting skills.

Условия

• Competitive salaries, ranging from $112,700.00 - $140,800.00 OTE based on experience.
