Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

• Support the day-to-day execution of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Search initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder contributions.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research related to GEO, AI Search, and emerging search technologies.
• Help design, document, and maintain scalable processes, playbooks, and operating models for GEO programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and workflows.
• Interview internal stakeholders to understand existing capabilities, operational challenges, and gaps in GEO offerings.
• Gather, synthesize, and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with GEO reporting, data analysis, insight generation, and distribution of performance results.
• Support the development of dashboards, scorecards, and performance summaries.
• Translate research findings and analytical results into clear, practical recommendations for leadership.
• Create and maintain executive-ready presentations, project updates, and leadership communications.
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations, business cases, and supporting materials.
• Develop clear, compelling visual presentations.

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with SEO, AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), or emerging search technologies is preferred.
• Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews is an advantage.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, business recommendations, and strategic communications is preferred.
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks is beneficial.
