Responsibilities
- Administration of Java/Tomcat environments including clustering, performance tuning, deployments, and containerized Java application management;
- Management of cloud infrastructure (Azure or other cloud platforms) including provisioning, autoscaling, monitoring, and cost‑efficient operation;
- Management of Git repositories following best practices in branching, versioning, and workflow design;
- MLOps with MLflow including experiment tracking, model registry, versioning, deployment, and integration with Kubernetes;
- Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD) for applications and ML workflows;
- Infrastructure as Code automation using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and template‑based provisioning;
- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and tracing tools;
- Close collaboration with development, data science, and security teams to achieve zero‑downtime deployments;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (required);
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field (optional, a plus);
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles with emphasis on automation and cloud‑native environments;
- Strong knowledge of Java/Tomcat administration, containerization of Java applications, and Tomcat clustering;
- Experience with GitOps workflows and version control systems;
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Kubeflow Pipelines);
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps);
- Solid skills in Docker and Kubernetes;
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
