Responsibilities
- Build and launch controls that detect and block suspicious activity while meeting regulatory requirements
- Strike the right balance between strong protection and a great experience for legitimate customers
- Partner with KYC, Fraud Preventions and CS Operations to design scalable processes and tooling
- Track results and keep iterating based on data and emerging threats
- Monitor and improve control effectiveness and assurance
Requirements
- At least 6 years as a Product Manager with proven experience in fraud prevention, AML, KYC/KYB, risk management, or related financial crime areas
- Bonus points for experience with control effectiveness and assurance
- Solid technical depth: you understand system architecture and can have detailed, credible conversations with engineers
- Strong structured thinking: you break down complex, ambiguous problems and tie them back to the bigger picture
- Bias for action and hands-on approach: you dive into analytics, talk to customers, write your own queries, and move projects forward
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an agile setup in fintech
- Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build new paths where none exist
- Fluent in English
Conditions
- Compensation: BRL 28,100 - 41,700 monthly
