Responsibilities
AI use case discovery and prioritization: interviews, workshops, assessments, business cases, enterprise AI opportunity roadmap
AI adoption and enablement: drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms (Codex, Claude for Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot), design training programs and workshops, coach on prompting and workflow design
Solution development and technical enablement: configure, integrate and support AI-powered workflows, implement AI agents and automations, document architectures
Governance and responsible AI: promote secure and compliant AI use, partner with security/legal/compliance, establish standards and metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, automation or AI enablement
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic systems
Experience with enterprise AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot/Codex)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions
Nice to have
Implementing AI workflows, automations or agents
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, low-code/no-code
Change management and adoption programs
Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy and compliance
Experience in biotech, healthcare, life sciences or regulated industries
