This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect Lead based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing integrations team focused on efficient client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end customer onboarding, providing technical guidance and support throughout implementation to ensure successful deployments.
- Analyze customer requirements from both technical and functional perspectives and design solutions based on a deep understanding of platform capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects by establishing timelines, monitoring quality, mitigating risks, coordinating stakeholders, and driving deliverables through completion.
- Develop and maintain APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and other technical support resources that enable successful implementations.
- Build a strong understanding of customer business challenges, technical environments, requirements, and success criteria to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and other technical teams to resolve integration challenges and improve implementation processes.
- Act as a key voice of the customer by identifying recurring needs, technical gaps, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards for quality, communication, and delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, systems analysis, or a closely related technical role.
- Proven experience working across multiple internal and external technical teams and coordinating complex implementation initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within payments, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or another closely related domain.
- Strong understanding of APIs, API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and modern integration patterns.
- Practical experience with SQL querying and analyzing JSON payloads.
- Experience using technical scripting and development tools such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang, SQL, or Postman to build integrations or internal tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to develop technical teams while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

- Estimated Canadian base salary of CA$185,000–CA$250,000, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
