Be the primary technical and strategic contact for each account.
Run customer calls: implementation kickoffs, working sessions, QBRs, and escalations.
Act as product SME for accounts, answer product questions in real time, and debug alongside customers.
Get hands-on with technical implementation: review OAS files, wire up CI/CD syncing via ReadMe CLI or API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS and auth setups, prototype solutions.
Build AI into workflows: draft implementation plans, analyze account health, triage requests, prototype scripts, automate repetitive tasks.
Identify expansion and growth opportunities and partner with Sales to close them.
Advocate for customers internally, surface health risks, feed structured product and bug feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
Outstanding communicator, very organized, able to manage multiple projects at once.
