About the company

Responsibilities
- Track project progress and coordinate activities across multiple teams
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Keep Jira boards and tasks accurate and up to date
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and other regular activities
- Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are progressing as expected
- Identify blockers, delays, and potential risks, escalating them when necessary
- Prepare clear and structured progress updates
- Follow established processes and maintain effective communication between teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT project management or a similar role
- Good practical knowledge of Jira, including tasks, boards, and workflows
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Fluent Georgian is mandatory
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
