Responsibilities
- Use Codex, Claude, Looker MCP, Big Data, and other tools to automate monthly performance reporting, competitive analysis, and benchmarking
- Translate complex creative and marketing data into clear, executive-ready insights, recommendations, and actions
- Proactively identify reporting and analysis gaps and recommend new solutions that enable better creative decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the most valuable business questions and continuously improve reporting
- Identify, connect to, and query the internal and external data sources needed to answer key business questions
- Understand the schemas, metrics, dimensions, and fields available through Looker MCP, Big Data, and other connected sources
- Validate AI-generated outputs and establish quality controls to ensure insights are complete, accurate, and supported by data
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and metric issues, resolving them independently where possible or translating them into actionable requests for Marketing Analytics
- Identify inefficient or manual workflows and recommend where AI, automation, or other tools can deliver meaningful value, all while ensuring solutions follow company standards for data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI use
- Build scalable AI workflows, agents, prompts, templates, data connections, and reporting processes
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend the most effective tools and use cases for the Creative Intelligence team
- Document effective workflows and help the broader team adopt AI through practical guidance and training
Requirements
- Experience using AI tools such as Codex or Claude to build reports, automations, agents, or internal workflows
- Experience connecting to and querying data using SQL, APIs, MCP connections, or similar methods
- Familiarity with Looker, data schemas, and business intelligence environments
- Experience translating marketing performance or competitive data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical and business judgment, including the ability to validate AI-generated outputs and recognize what the data may be missing
- Comfortable working independently through ambiguity and proactively identifying problems and opportunities
- Creative, curious, and resourceful, with a focus on developing practical, scalable solutions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Marketing Analytics and nontechnical stakeholders
