Responsibilities
- Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the digital health portfolio, positioning it as a key driver of member value and business growth.
- Own the end-to-end member experience across digital health programs, whether delivered through white-label solutions or third-party platforms.
- Define the appropriate mix of white-label and branded offerings across different healthcare categories and member needs.
- Establish and manage targets for subscriber growth, revenue, margin, retention, and churn across individual programs.
- Own relationships with digital health, telehealth, pharmacy, and clinical partners, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and renegotiation.
- Hold partners accountable for agreed-upon volume, quality, service, and experience standards, taking corrective action when performance falls short.
- Shape partner-delivered experiences across intake, prescribing, refills, adherence, support, and other critical member touchpoints to maintain high UX standards.
- Build and maintain unit economics and churn models to guide pricing, promotions, partner terms, and portfolio investment decisions.
- Analyze subscriber behavior, retention trends, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and drive product, partner, or offer improvements.
- Own merchandising strategy for the digital health category, determining which programs and offers are prioritized and how they are presented.
- Partner with brand, content, demand generation, and CRM teams to develop compelling messaging, creative assets, promotional campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Manage promotional calendars, launches, seasonal campaigns, and offer testing to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on eligibility, licensing, regulatory, and clinical program requirements across states and healthcare categories.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on white-label experiences and customized user journeys that differentiate the digital health offering.
- Present portfolio performance, investment opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cash-pay clinical ecommerce, direct-to-consumer healthcare, digital health, or a closely related environment with ownership of revenue, subscribers, retention, or comparable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience managing telehealth, pharmacy, clinical, or healthcare partner relationships, particularly through white-label, marketplace, or platform-based models.
- Strong understanding of subscription and digital health unit economics, including patient starts, retention, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and payback.
- Experience developing and executing merchandising, promotional, or demand-generation strategies within an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect product decisions with revenue, margin, subscriber growth, and customer retention.
- Proven ability to manage strategic partners, negotiate priorities, establish performance expectations, and address underperformance.
- Strong product management skills, including product vision, portfolio strategy, prioritization, customer experience, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to diagnose performance and determine actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Legal, and other business functions.
- Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous 0-to-1 and scaling environments, with strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in metabolic health, weight management, women’s health, men’s health, skincare, lifestyle, or related healthcare categories is preferred.
- Familiarity with HSA/FSA programs and employer-sponsored healthcare benefits is preferred.
Conditions
- Annual salary range of $120,500–$157,000 USD, with actual compensation based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
