Responsibilities

• Embed and drive SRE Agent adoption with 2–4 strategic customer teams
• Build and contribute reusable agent tools, connectors, and skills
• Run pilots and unblock customer adoption, gather eval data
• Integrate SRE Agent with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms
• Define 3–6 month technical roadmaps across assigned accounts

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent systems in production, including tool-use frameworks (MCP or equivalent)
• Customer-facing skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Infrastructure & Deployment expertise: Terraform or Pulumi, GitOps, CI/CD, progressive delivery
• Willingness to travel 25–50%
• Preferred: incident management and observability knowledge, policy-as-code, open-source contributions to AI agent ecosystem
