Staff Product Manager, People Product - Onboarding / New Employee. This senior IC role sits on the People Technology team supporting Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt, owning the end-to-end product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap from offer acceptance through a fully ramped new hire, spanning multiple brands, regions, and legal contexts
- Build durable, modular capabilities (task orchestration, status visibility, dashboards) rather than one-off fixes
- Set product vision and influence senior stakeholders across People and IT
