This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform case management solutions, ensuring projects meet business requirements, technical standards, and delivery timelines.
- Gather and analyze technical and business requirements, translating them into scalable solution designs, implementation plans, user flows, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute throughout the full Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle, including discovery, definition, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
- Develop integrations, customizations, and business applications using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, .NET, SQL, and related technologies.
- Support solution architecture activities, including specifications for custom code, integrations, data migration, and other technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, project leads, architects, business analysts, and technical teams to resolve complex challenges and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
- Conduct tailored demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate technical solutions and their business value to client stakeholders.
- Identify, document, mitigate, and resolve technical risks, issues, dependencies, and technical debt throughout the project lifecycle.
- Improve development, testing, and release processes by creating tools, frameworks, and practices that promote consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and travel to customer locations when required, supporting successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position, along with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or U.S.-equivalent degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent qualifications as applicable.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years implementing and managing enterprise-level CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, including customer-facing implementation work.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying business applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Strong technical proficiency in C#, SQL, .NET, and related development technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable business solutions for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional consulting environment and operate in a hybrid work setting when required.
- Experience supporting case management systems is preferred.
- Experience delivering client-facing demonstrations and presentations is a plus.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes is advantageous.
- Experience with data migration, custom code implementations, and improving development, testing, and release processes is preferred.
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
Conditions
- Annual salary range of $130,000–$216,000, with compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, training, certifications, clearances, and organizational needs.
