Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Architect based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact Governance, Risk, and Compliance transformations for global enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations for enterprise clients, from solution design and configuration through deployment and optimization.
- Design modern risk, compliance, and governance architectures aligned with client business requirements and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities to support complex organizational risk and compliance processes.
- Develop and implement automated data feeds, scripted workflows, custom applications, integrations, and dynamic executive dashboards.
- Translate complex GRC requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions and technical architectures.
- Advise clients on ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities, implementation approaches, process improvements, and digital transformation strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and solution presentations with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Support cross-platform GRC initiatives, including integration or migration strategies involving platforms such as Archer IRM.
- Identify opportunities to improve risk management processes through automation, data intelligence, and modern technology.
- Collaborate with consulting, technical, and client teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical standards, best practices, and continuous improvement across GRC engagements.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Mandatory ServiceNow IRM/GRC certification.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles, processes, and operating models.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture, configuration, workflows, integrations, and solution optimization.
- Experience with automated data feeds, scripting, custom applications, dashboards, and workflow development is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cross-platform GRC environments, including Archer IRM integrations or migration strategies, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to translate business and risk requirements into effective technical solutions and scalable architectures.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a consultative approach to enterprise challenges.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and emerging GRC technologies.
- Willingness to work in a fully remote environment while supporting global client engagements.
