They deliver water/wastewater, transportation, and public works projects.
Responsibilities
Review design drawings, specifications, and contractor submittals.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and field personnel.
Support civil engineering activities related to roadway design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, drainage systems, erosion control, and water quality treatment.
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Assist with project controls activities involving schedule, cost, risk, change management, and document control.
Support quality assurance activities, construction monitoring, inspections, testing, and compliance.
Utilize BIM, PMIS, and other project management tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in civil engineering, office engineering, or construction management.
Knowledge of roadway engineering, including geometric design, grading, utilities, drainage, and traffic control.
Experience with stormwater management, including drainage design, stormwater modeling, erosion control, and water quality treatment.
Familiarity with construction documentation, project controls, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM, and PMIS.
Conditions
Compensation range: $40-$50/hr.
