This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Chinese) - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Brazil.
In this high-impact remote freelance role, you will help shape the next generation of artificial intelligence by serving as a technical subject-matter expert training advanced large language models. Combining deep software engineering knowledge with full fluency in Chinese, you will rigorously evaluate, challenge, and refine model performance across algorithms, data structures, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Converse with advanced language models on complex software engineering tasks in Chinese, evaluating logical accuracy, naturalness, and code correctness.
- Challenge models on advanced topics, including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems.
- Capture detailed, reproducible error logs when models fail, providing metacognitive documentation to harden model reasoning.
- Suggest strategic improvements to prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation metrics to enhance future AI training pipelines.
- Review and correct generated code in Chinese across frontend, backend, algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming domains.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, web development, cloud systems, and secure programming practices.
- Full professional fluency in Chinese (written and technical communication) alongside strong English comprehension.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent real-world coding experience, technical writing in Chinese, or open-source contributions.
- Exceptional metacognitive communication skills with the ability to clearly break down and articulate complex technical reasoning step-by-step.
- Access to a secure personal computer and a high-speed, reliable internet connection suitable for remote technical work.
