Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support: collaborate with customers to understand technical integration needs and assist through the integration process.
• API and library education: provide expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and open source libraries.
• Troubleshooting: resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration: ensure product catalogs are properly configured (catalog data upload, facets, searchabilities, sort orders, retrieving results).
• Communication: act as liaison between customers and technical resources.
• Process improvement: document interactions, common issues, and solutions; improve integration documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with JSON, CSV, basic search/index concepts.
• Familiarity with debugging tools (browser dev tools, Postman, logs).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, HTTP, network request routing, JavaScript web application development.
