Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation tools.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third-party connectors.
• Write and maintain high-quality code: Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, with awareness of governor limits.
• Build responsive Lightning Web Components and custom UIs.
• Develop and optimize SOQL queries and database design.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and configuration.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems.
• Experience with source control (Git) and deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, VS Code, SFDX).
• Strong communication skills; organized, detail-oriented, high standards for code quality and testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Conditions

• Based in New York City Office.
• Base wage range: $98,000.00 to $122,000.00 per year.
