Responsibilities
- Processing of vendor bills in ZIP P2P system & Netsuite ERP, for LATAM countries (Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia).
- Ensure Billing compliance: Brazil: NFe, NFSe, Pis/Cofins/ISS, CBS/IBS (new regulation); Other LATAM countries: e-invoicing, IVA, etc.
- Ensuring transactional accuracy by ensuring correct expense impact, Sales tax application & WHT deduction.
- Managing AP mailbox, vendor queries.
- Preparing vendor reconciliations.
- Preparation of AP Aging report.
- SOP Creation & process development.
- Active participation in audits.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations and LATAM invoicing.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and ZIP P2P systems.
