Responsibilities

• Design responsive, accessible web pages and interaction flows
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable web design systems and UI component libraries
• Turn complex technical concepts and user requirements into intuitive visual experiences
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation stays true to design intent
• Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and real-world usage patterns

Requirements

• Attention to structure, layout systems, and interaction details
• A systems-thinking mindset that prioritizes consistency and scalability
• Clear, articulate reasoning behind design decisions
• Strong self-direction and comfort taking ownership of end-to-end design initiatives
• Portfolio demonstrating complex Web/UI/UX projects delivered from concept to production
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Strong understanding of modern web standards and responsive design
• Experience creating and managing web design systems and UI component libraries
• Track record of designing accessible, inclusive web interfaces aligned with WCAG standards
