Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services engagements, driving platform adoption against defined SOWs
• Own timelines, communications, and change management from kickoff through UAT and project closure
• Proactively identify and unblock technical blockers for customers and engineers
• Compile tailored progress reports communicating insights and risks to stakeholders
• Partner with CSMs and Forward Deployed Engineers to lead proactive onboarding for Enterprise customers
• Support customers as they scale, migrate, and expand use cases
• Collaborate with CSMs to audit account health and develop measurable success plans
• Navigate conflicting priorities to align diverse stakeholders
• Provide input to refine team structure, processes, and performance metrics
• Drive high-impact internal projects including product feature betas, data initiatives, and large-scale migrations

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-tiered projects with internal and external stakeholders
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other project management certification preferred
• Proven track record supporting customers through technical implementations, complex migrations, or software onboarding
• Experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Operations highly preferred
• Proficiency in Smartsheet (or Monday.com, Asana), Salesforce, and data tools like Looker or Omni
• Proficiency with AI tools to streamline project creation and delivery
• Familiarity with UAT, change management, and project risk mitigation
• Strong communication skills, tailoring frequency, tone, and content to audiences
• Ability to dive into granular technical details while aligning with business strategy
• Ability to connect dots across CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering
