About the company

- Quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges"
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across the Core portfolio
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research
- Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
- Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency
- Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
Conditions
- Base salary range: $166,345 — $195,700 USD annually (excluding equity and bonus)
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
- Application limit: max 3 applications within a 6-month period
