Responsibilities
- Co-design and steward the cross-functional planning calendar for the Product organization
- Resolve misalignment in work planning methodologies across suites
- Maintain dynamic business unit and cross-product roadmaps
- Design the standardized end-to-end launch process across business units
- Co-develop the launch playbook with Go-To-Market, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Codify ready-to-launch protocols
- Steward and continuously evolve the five-gate stage gate process
- Manage gate review orchestration
- Own scope change management
- Partner with Finance & Analytics to link funding and resourcing decisions to gate readiness
- Identify new areas where process infrastructure is needed
- Build process that earns its keep
- Retire and simplify as actively as you create
- Build and lead the central team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a process design leader
- Ability to architect a lightweight, collaboratively-built operating playbook
- Experience with cross-functional planning and roadmapping
- Experience with stage gate processes and decision frameworks
- Strong collaboration and influence skills
- Experience in a complex Product organization
