Partner is looking for a Senior Security Solutions Engineer based in the United States.
Responsibilities
Risk Assessment and Strategy: analyze customers’ Web3 assets, evaluate security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend risk monitoring configurations.
Monitoring and Incident Response: develop monitoring and response strategies combining preventive controls, threat detection, and incident response planning.
Customer Collaboration: maintain regular communication with customers on emerging threats and security landscape changes.
Implementation and Configuration: configure and customize security platforms, create custom rules, develop integrations, and write Python scripts for monitoring logic.
Workflow Integration: provide hands-on technical support to integrate security solutions with customers’ systems.
Partner Collaboration: work with technology providers and ecosystem partners on joint integrations and solutions.
Training and Enablement: deliver training sessions and practical guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sales and Professional Services Support: collaborate with Sales teams to scope professional services and contribute to proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.
Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards relevant to digital assets and blockchain environments.
Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and developing custom monitoring logic.
Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing engagements with a focus on service quality and customer success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Patient, professional, and customer-first approach to solving technical problems.
