Responsibilities

• Build lead scoring models using product usage, firmographics, engagement, and buying intent signals
• Own lead enrichment, segmentation, qualification, and routing with Sales and RevOps
• Build automated email nurtures across signup, activation, conversion, retention, expansion
• Create behavior-triggered campaigns based on product activity and customer segments
• Support campaign operations across events, model launches, webinars, ABM, lifecycle
• Own campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
• Manage event marketing operations: list building, enrichment, lead uploads, post-event follow-up
• Establish reliable attribution and reporting on marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue
• Build scalable workflows connecting CRM, product data, enrichment tools, marketing platforms
• Develop dashboards and reporting on campaign performance, funnel conversion, revenue impact

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations, ideally B2B SaaS or developer tools
• Experience building lead scoring, lifecycle nurture programs, segmentation, automated workflows
• Familiarity with enrichment and intent tools: Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, 6sense
• Strong analytical skills, attribution, funnel reporting, pipeline measurement
• Builder's mindset
• Nice to have: PLG, developer tools, AI infrastructure experience
• Nice to have: SQL, APIs, webhooks, workflow automation tools
• Nice to have: PQL models using behavioral and usage data

Conditions

• Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 + equity + comprehensive benefits
