Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-craft product to a new kind of customer for Asana.
- Build product with strong passion and operational maturity.
- Create a product strategy to balance multiple priorities and use cases across customers, product teams, and enterprise-level compliance.
- Negotiate with partner teams and deliver a compelling roadmap.
- Maximize clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting concrete goals and milestones.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Background in building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Systems thinker: comfortable modeling data relationships in a technical diagram and partnering with Design on holistic UX flows.
- Strategic: inspire the company by creating bold, intuitive work connections within the platform.
- Get Stuff Done: create, flex, and evangelize a roadmap; break down projects to MVPs and ship with high velocity.
- Customer-centric: analyze top customer personas, dig into roots of customer needs, synthesize research.
- Communication and collaboration: partner with cross-functional teammates, speak with clarity, write sharp product specs, engage in deep technical discussions.
- Grow Team Asana: mentor others, create great team morale, share PM best practices.
- Growth Mindset: lead with curiosity and open to feedback.
Conditions
- This role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
- The estimated base salary range is between 37,000 - 46,000 PLN gross per month.
