  • Strong multi-channel campaign expertise, including email, SMS, push, segmentation, personalization, triggering, QA, tracking, and deliverability.
  • Technical email development skills, including practical experience with HTML and CSS for template creation, updates, troubleshooting, and rendering QA.
  • Experience working with customer data, including attributes, event data, segmentation filters, suppression logic, campaign tracking, data flows, JSON, API integrations, and event-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of dynamic content and scripting, such as Handlebars, AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages.
  • Testing and analytics capabilities, with experience supporting A/B tests and using campaign performance data to identify actionable optimization opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality, particularly when handling customer data, personalization, compliance requirements, and multi-channel communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Customer-focused and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, clarify ambiguous requirements, take ownership, and propose practical solutions.
Conditions
  • Remote work: Fully remote position.
  • Inclusive workplace: Opportunity to work within a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that encourages employees to contribute their perspectives.
  • Career development: Senior individual contributor opportunity with meaningful ownership over lifecycle marketing execution and process improvement.
