APAC Payments TechOps based in Singapore improves health and resilience of payment acquiring volume.
Partners with payments and platform engineering to develop durable solutions via code, tooling, data, and process improvements.
Responsible for financial data quality of key systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with peer engineers and cross-functional stakeholders on complex technical projects.
Give meaningful feedback on code reviews and technical designs.
Ensure systems continue running well and scale to user needs.
Build skills to own a project and eventually a domain end-to-end.
Learn quickly, communicate status clearly, and build with latest AI tooling.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field by summer 2027, or equivalent experience with no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internship).
Experience with programming (side projects or classwork); stack includes Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, Go.
Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects.
Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship.
Clear written communication skills.
Ability to leverage AI tools while applying critical thinking to validate outputs.
Preferred
One or more areas of specialized knowledge (frontend, etc.).
