MongoDB is seeking a Sr. Manager of Partner Solution Architects to lead a global team dedicated to building and strengthening relationships across HyperScalers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Solution Architects
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to align partner success with MongoDB's objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to drive strategic business plans for partner engagement
- Equip partners with knowledge and resources to ensure technical alignment and support go-to-market success
- Work closely with sales and marketing to identify ecosystem opportunities
- Oversee the creation of co-branded solutions and proposals
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture
- Serve as a liaison between MongoDB's internal teams and partners
- Represent MongoDB at events and forums
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles
- At least 6-8 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in developing and executing strategies for partner engagement and success
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse, equitable team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Conditions
- Can be based out of Palo Alto office or remotely in the US region
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
